Delicious and excellent breakfast, thanks a lot. The rooms are comfy and generally offer an iron and a kettle. Its location is unbeatable to opera house. It's also near Kings Cross and the beautiful Botanic Gardens and Art Gallery, the botanic gardens and other tourist attractions and many restaurants and public transport.

Good for a short stay, I will be back. It is an absolutely great property located in Potts Point district not far from most major Sydney attractions like the botanic gardens as well as restaurants and shops. The staff are absolutely wonderful and deserve a 3-star rating. The location is brilliant, on most of the public transport including ferries. As for me the food is great, and they have a wide range of meals.

The room is decent size and there are lovely views of the Sydney skyline. The location is central, next to local shops and bars for food, sightseeing and eating and most major Sydney attractions like the botanic gardens. Visit Zinc cafe for some desserts, especially when it's chilly outside, my personal advice.

Thank you for the stay in this property - will be back. Modern and fairly clean place offers sensational breakfast and amazing location close to everything. The hotel staff is polite and courteous.

The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from oasislike gardens.

Very central location, at a moderate distance from botanic gardens. Good area close to Kings Cross train station, the Botanical Gardens and very nice cafes and restaurants, cafe's and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and less accessible areas.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the place was clean. The room itself was decent sized and had nice views of the Sydney skyline.

Thanks very much all for a very enjoyable stay at front desk first night. The location was amazing, within a close distance from Hyde Park Barracks Museum. There was a garden and a hill walking distance to the place. Overall liked our stay and would be happy to recommend.

Everything was good, no reason to complain, I couldn't recommend more it. The stay here was very comfortable of 2 nights. There were spotless rooms. I loved the great interior and the free Wi-Fi.

Our stay here was comfortable, unique base for exploring Sydney. Its location near restaurants and pubs was great and beautiful. A cool bonus was Charlies Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Perfect central location, short walk to Botanical gardens and NSW Art Gallery on one side and Kings Cross on the other, with restaurants, shops, Close to restaurants, and Potts Point, Wooloomooloo, Circ. Plenty of food options at a medium distance from the venue. Amazing food for breakfast in the café.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and sensational and the food was good. The location of the hotel was perfect - within walking distance of a public art gallery.

Their staff were busy.
